About the role

We are searching for an experienced Accounts Clerk to join our busy Accounting and Finance team. This role works alongside experienced accounting professionals in a fast-paced, collaborative and high performing environment.

Reporting into our Finance Manager, you will provide support to the team through:

  • Credit card reconciliations
  • Matter and client disbursement allocations
  • Client Matter billing
  • Assisting with client investment accounts
  • Assisting with client trust ledgers and firm ledgers
  • Support for other team members when required
  • Other administrative services as required

About you

This role will suit an enthusiastic and hard-working individual with a keen eye for detail. You will be a self-motivated, organised individual who enjoys a varied and autonomous role. To be successful you will bring with you:

  •    Up to 2 years’ experience in accounting
  •    High attention to detail with the ability to effectively multitask and prioritise work
  •    Effective communication skills both written and verbal
  •    Enthusiasm and reliability as a team player
  •    Strong computer literacy skills in MS Office Suite
  •    Legal accounts experience would be advantageous
