Banking and Finance Lawyer

About the role

We are searching for a Corporate Lawyer with 2-4 years’ PAE experience to join our Corporate Banking and Finance team.

This role will work alongside 2 Partners, and within a team of 15, working on various diverse banking and finance matters with major financial institutions, non-bank financiers and borrowers.

About you

We are looking for motivated and hard-working candidates with a positive and energetic attitude who are willing to work collaboratively to manage complex matters in a busy team.  The successful applicants, who will bring the relevant legal experience, will also have:

• Minimum 2 years’ post admission experience in banking and finance
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team
• A desire to learn and work proactively
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
