About the role

We are searching for highly motivated Corporate Lawyers to join our busy and growing Corporate Reconstruction group. These roles will be responsible for advising clients on equity capital market transactions, private and regulated mergers and acquisitions, and providing innovative solutions and project management for both large and small scale corporate transactions.

About you

Candidates will be driven, motivated and enthusiastic to work on high profile and technically challenging transactions. The successful applicants, who will bring the relevant legal experience with 3 – 7 years post admission practice, will also have: 

  • Broad experience in listed takeover bids, schemes of arrangement, private and public M&A and capital raising
  • Strong knowledge of the Corporations Act and Listing Rules
  • Equity capital market experience
  • Corporate finance and advisory experience
  • Exceptional analytical, commercial and drafting skills
  • Strong mentoring and matter management skills
  • Attention to detail and a willingness to take personal ownership of matters
  • Exceptional communication skills
