We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic HR Adviser who has a passion for Learning and Development to join our team.
Reporting into the P&C Manager, this role will work across the full employment lifecycle including talent acquisition, performance management, reward & recognition and engagement, however will have a strong focus on designing, developing and executing an L&D strategy for the firm.
This role will suit an enthusiastic and hard-working individual with a keen eye for detail. You will ideally come from a generalist background but have a natural interest in L&D, or alternatively perhaps you’re an L&D expert looking to expand into a more generalist role.
Along with relevant HR experience, this role will also require the following skills:
