About the role

We are searching for a Junior Accounts Clerk to join our busy Accounting and Finance team. This role works alongside experienced accounting professionals in a fast-paced high performing environment.

Reporting into our Finance Manager, you will provide support to the team through credit card payment processing, daily account receipting, petty cash and expense reimbursements, reconciliations and other administrative services as required.

About you

This role will suit an enthusiastic and hard-working individual with a keen eye for detail. You will be a self-driven, organised individual who enjoys a varied and autonomous role. To be successful you will bring with you:

  • Up to 2 years’ experience in accounting or administrative roles
  • High attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritise work
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal
  • Enthusiasm and reliability as a team player
  • Strong computer aptitude
  • An eagerness to learn.

Understanding of accounting practices and processes will be advantageous
