He regularly advises on contentious matters, and endeavours to provide clients with commercial outcomes.
Andrew has represented clients in a variety of practice areas, including intellectual property, consumer law, property disputes and trusts.
Andrew manages a large trade mark portfolio and assists clients to protect and enforce their intellectual property. He also advises clients on compliance with the Australian Consumer Law and the Privacy Act.
Andrew has experience assisting on a variety of matters in the High Court of Australia, Supreme Court of Western Australia, District Court of Western Australia, and the Magistrates Court of Western Australia.
Andrew commenced employment with Lavan as a Law Clerk in 2013 and was admitted as a solicitor in November 2016.
