Jesse is a senior associate in Lavan’s Construction & Infrastructure team. He began his career at Lavan before spending approximately two years in London working for a leading construction and energy law firm.
Jesse has experience acting for parties in dispute resolution proceedings, including adjudication, domestic and international arbitration, expert determination, mediation, and litigation.
He regularly advises principals, contractors, subcontractors and consultants on all issues arising on construction projects, including payment claims, variation claims, delay and disruption claims, extension of time claims, construction insurance, and suspension and termination issues.
In addition to acting for parties in formal dispute proceedings, Jesse assists clients with day-to-day issues arising on construction projects, including preparing and responding to contractually required notices and other project correspondence.
