Ben specialises in private mergers and acquisitions and corporate law, with a particular focus on ASX listings.
Ben regularly advises on a range of corporate and commercial transactions including IPOs and backdoor listings, capital raisings, regulated and unregulated mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance.
Ben has experience as a corporate lawyer in Perth and London, having worked at the Perth branch of the ASX, at a top-tier United Kingdom bank, and at a boutique Perth corporate law firm.
