Amanda practices exclusively in migration law. She has experience in providing practical advice and assistance to help businesses and individuals from a range of backgrounds to navigate Australia’s immigration framework, particularly related to visas and migration issues.
Amanda can provide assistance with business sponsorship, obtaining a range of Australian visas including permanent and temporary visas, citizenship, complex migration matters and representation at the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.
Prior to joining Lavan, Amanda worked for a boutique migration law firm. Before practising as a lawyer, she worked as a Registered Migration Agent for various firms. With a total of 10 years industry experience, Amanda has extensive knowledge across immigration law, policy and processes. Her advice adopts a solutions based and practical approach
