Tristan Seymour has been a member of Lavan’s Employment, Safety and Education team since 2017.
Prior to joining Lavan, Tristan worked for schools and universities as a sports coach, a study skills presenter for ATAR students, and a university tutor. Since joining Lavan, Tristan has continued to foster his working relationships with contacts within the education field, as well as WA businesses and not-for profit organisations.
Tristan has experience in a broad range of employment, education and industrial relations matters including enterprise bargaining, duty of care, employment contracts, constitutions, unfair dismissals, bullying matters, adverse actions, restraining orders, workplace injuries, historical child sexual abuse and discrimination. Tristan understands the need to provide practical advice that takes into consideration the legal and practical aspects of the matter.
