Tristan has experience in a broad range of employment, education and industrial relations matters including enterprise bargaining, duty of care, employment contracts, unfair dismissals, bullying matters, adverse actions, workplace injuries, discrimination and persona linjury claims.
He leads by example, and is skilled in drafting, problem solving,researching, communication, public speaking and teamwork.
Tristan is an associate in Lavan’s Education and Employment team. His experience also includes client relations, drafting correspondence, enterprise bargaining agreements and executive contracts, and preparing legal forms for various courts and commissions in Western Australia.
