Jessica Patterson advises people in the liquor, events, hospitality and tourism industries in Western Australia on various aspects of their businesses. She can be involved from the outset of projects through to dealing with management, compliance, contracts, business development and ongoing operational issues. Jessica deal with businesses and projects of all shapes and sizes, all around Western Australia.
Among other things, Jessica advises applicants for new liquor licences, buyers and sellers of hospitality businesses, existing industry operators, developers and landowners of mixed use and entertainment precincts.
Jessica also provides advice and assistance to various sporting bodies, clubs and other incorporated associations including dealing with club rules/constitutions.
Jessica is a consultant in Lavan's Liquor, Hospitality and Events team and has been practising in the related industries for more than 20 years,
In 2008, Jessica participated in the establishment of the Small Bar Association of WA Inc and was part of the management committee until 2019. In 2012 she assisted in establishing the Perth International Jazz Festival Inc and was on the Board of Directors until 2018. Jessica currently holds four positions on different non-profit boards/management committees.
