Alexandra practices in all areas of property law including commercial and retail leasing and transactional property matters such as the acquisition and disposal of assets.  Alexandra has experience in the preparation of commercial leases, sale contracts, option deeds, access and licence agreements and general commercial matters related to land transactions.  Alexandra Johns-Putra is an associate in Lavan’s Property and Leasing team.

Alexandra provides advice to clients on the acquisition and disposal of property, including due diligence, land subdivision and development, leasing, and settlements. 

Alexandra has also provided advice to clients in relation to the Real Estate and Business Agents Act and the Foreign Investment Review Board requirements.
