Having acted for major Australian financial institutions, administrators, liquidators, receivers, company directors, and a broad range of corporate clients, Mark has cultivated a depth of experience in complex commercial litigation and all aspects of insolvency and reconstruction work.
Mark has significant experience assisting with receiverships, liquidations, administrations, DOCAs, lease disputes, mortgage and PPSA issues, DPNs and related ATO proceedings, contractual disputes, debt recovery, and the review and enforcement of securities.
He also regularly assists clients with issues relating to trading trusts, subpoenas, FOI requests, liquor licensing, statutory demands, winding up applications and regulatory compliance.
