Caitlin Cook is a special counsel in Lavan’s Employment, Safety & Education team.

Caitlin has extensive experience in a wide range of employment related matters including drafting, award compliance, workplace investigations, managing employee misconduct, investigations and redundancy and restructuring.

Prior to joining Lavan, Caitlin worked in-house at the Australian Hotels Association, one of WA’s oldest employer representative bodies, advising hospitality members on all aspects of employment and industrial law.  She has also worked in-house for one of the global leaders in FMCG and prior to that in a full-service global law firm.
