Calvin Warries is an associate in Lavan’s Employment, Safety & Education team.

Calvin is an experienced commercial, dispute resolution and litigation lawyer who can manage all aspects of the employment relationship, from engagement to termination.

Calvin has experience with matters before a range of courts and tribunals, including the Fair Work Commission, the WA Industrial Relations Commission, the WA Industrial Magistrates Court, the WA District Court, the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and the Federal Court.

Calvin advises clients across all industries, with a particular interest in the mining, resources and education sectors.

Prior to starting at Lavan, Calvin worked at a boutique employment practice and prior to that, as an Associate at the Fair Work Commission.
