Ching Yee practises in all areas of commercial property including acquisitions, disposals, subdivisions, leases, mortgagees in possession/receivership disposals and other general commercial matters relating to land transactions.
Ching Yee specialises in strata development and is experienced in all stages of a strata subdivision.
She works with clients from the initial marketing stages (preparation of off the plan contracts, reviewing and drafting selling agency agreements), to the intermediary stages (subdivision and amalgamation of the development land, obtaining development finance and Strata Titles Act compliance) through to the final subdivision and settlements.
Ching Yee returned to Lavan in 2021 after a two year stint at a top US law firm in London. Prior to joining Lavan in 2014, Ching Yee interned at a big four accounting firm and a major law firm in Singapore.
Ching Yee speaks conversational Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
