Daniel Kirk has broad experience of corporate and commercial transactions including sale and purchase of companies and businesses, raising capital through the equity capital markets, joint ventures, farm-ins, international funds, refinancing and restructurings. He also advises both listed and unlisted companies on corporate governance and director issues, commercial contracts and other general corporate matters. Daniel is a partner in Lavan’s Corporate Services team.
Daniel’s experience spans the industrial, agribusiness, property, financial services and energy and resources sectors.
Prior to joining Lavan, Daniel was a partner at King & Wood Mallesons where he worked in the Energy, Resources and Projects Group specialising in mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to that, Daniel worked in the M&A group at Slaughter and May in London.
Daniel has strong transactional experience in Australia and in China, Hong Kong, the United Kingdom, Europe, Brazil and the United States.
