Claudie Hughes is a senior associate in Lavan’s Property & Leasing Team.
Claudie practices in all areas of commercial property including acquisitions, disposals, land subdivisions, leases, mortgagee in possession/receivership disposals, property financing and other general commercial matters relating to land transactions.
Claudie has worked on a variety of transactions advising a range of clients including large corporations, financiers, developers and governments.
Prior to joining Lavan in 2019, Claudie practiced in large commercial firms in both Ireland and Australia. Claudie has previously completed several secondments to the legal department of an Australian financial institution.
