Frank Marra has been contracted by Lavan as a consultant & special advisor on property and government related matters.
Frank has over 30 years of experience in senior executive, leadership, financial, strategic planning and project management roles, primarily with state government agencies in Western Australia.
Frank joined LandCorp (Western Australia’s land and infrastructure development corporation) in 1994 and was chief financial officer from 2003 with responsibility for overseeing company strategy and the evaluation of land development projects. He was appointed CEO in 2014.
In 2019, Frank led the merger of LandCorp with the Metropolitan Redevelopment Agency (MRA) to form DevelopmentWA, where Frank remained as chief executive officer until January 2023. Under his tenure as CEO, LandCorp and DevelopmentWA received industry recognition for being in the top 50 most innovative organisations in Australia including receiving an AFR Award in 2016 and multiple development excellence awards covering sustainability, best national developments and planning/design excellence.
Prior to LandCorp and DevelopmentWA, Frank held roles at the Department of Treasury and the former State Housing Commission (now the Department of Housing).
