Stephanie Tan is a special counsel in Lavan’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution team.
Stephanie has over 15 years' experience in general commercial disputes including in the areas of corporate law, insolvency, construction, insurance and local government.
She enjoys complex and long-running disputes. This has included acting for construction clients and liquidators and voluntary/DOCA administrators in unfair preference actions.
Stephanie specialises in litigation and mediation in all Western Australian courts and the Federal Court of Australia, and has significant appeal experience.
