Regina Nunag is an associate in Lavan’s Construction & Infrastructure team.
Regina commenced employment with Lavan as a law graduate in 2021 and was admitted as a solicitor in November of the same year.
Regina has experience in civil construction and residential building disputes including adjudication, arbitration, mediation and litigation.
Regina has represented clients in a broad range of construction disputes at the Building Commission, State Administrative Tribunal, Magistrates Court of Western Australia and District Court of Western Australia and endeavours to provide clients with commercial outcomes.
In addition, Regina assists clients with their day-to-day issues on projects, including providing same day advice.
Regina was previously a junior tax accountant, a Barrister’s intern and a clerk at the State Solicitor’s Office of Western Australia prior to joining Lavan.
