Isabel Bartle is an associate in Lavan’s Planning, Environment & Land Compensation team.
Since joining Lavan as a law clerk in 2018, Isabel has shown a keen interest in a variety of areas within the planning and environment space and has assisted in providing advice to clients on development and subdivision applications, structure plans (and other strategic documents) as well as on planning prosecution matters, compliance with environmental law obligations, land acquisition and compensation, and liquor licensing.
Isabel also has valuable experience in litigation matters in the State Administrative Tribunal, the Supreme Court and the Magistrates Court. This versatility allows her to bring a well-rounded skill set to her legal practice.
