Our Agribusiness experience
Lavan acted for an offshore listed entity on the acquisition of the Nicoletti grain farming operations in Western Australia (one of the largest grain farm acquisitions at the time).
Lavan acted for DevelopmentWA on the Ord River expansion project, which created a significant expansion of the irrigation capacity of this critical w.ater infrastructure in the northwest of Western Australia
Lavan acted for Indigenous Business Australia (a federal government department) on the establishment of a joint venture with the Yamatji Southern Regional Corporation Ltd (an Aboriginal corporation) to establish the biggest cucumber production facility in Australia.
