Our team will assist with the preparation of model notices and procedures and advise on issues arising during the works including recourse to security, variations, EOTs, prolongation costs, liquidated damages, payment disputes, time bars and termination.
Our team draft, review and negotiate construction contracts, consultancy agreements and subcontracts. We provide advice on appropriate forms of contracts including construct only, design and construct, construction management, early contractor involvement, EPCM and PPP. We will negotiate a range of contracts on your behalf, deal with relevant authorities and draft documents that are clear, concise and all-inclusive. Plain English contracts are our strength.
Disputes arising at any stage of your project are dealt with promptly and effectively by our experienced team. We act in all forms of dispute resolution used in the construction industry including security of payment adjudication applications under the Construction Contracts Act, expert determination, mediation, arbitration and litigation. We act for all parties in the construction process, including principals, contractors, subcontractors, developers and suppliers.
