Wills and estate planning

Lavan’s Wills & Estates team can assist you with all aspects of your estate planning including:

drafting your Will to ensure that all of your assets are dealt with and that your estate is protected, as far as possible, from claims under the Family Provision Act 1903 (WA).
providing advice and drafting on Enduring Powers of Attorney, Enduring Powers of Guardianship, and Advance Health Directives.
drafting of discretionary or testamentary trusts to accompany your Will, including providing detailed analysis of the powers appointed in the Deed to protect your estate;
business and succession planning.

Estate administration

We can assist with applications for grant of probate, grant of letters of administration and Lavan can act in the administration and distribution of an estate.
