Our Government and Public Sector experience
Lavan acts for the City of Perth on the handover of the State’s assets at Elizabeth Quay. This is a major piece of public realm infrastructure, which is a major gateway to the City of Perth.
Lavan acted for DevelopmentWA on its partnering with Lend Lease for the residential development Alkimos Beach and Alkimos Vista and the divestment by Lend Lease in this project to Stockland.
Lavan has acted for the State of WA (through its departments and agencies) in obtaining funding from the federal Housing Australia Future Fund and documenting the application of those funds to provide affordable housing to meet Australia’s housing shortage.
