Sol Majteles is a consultant for Lavan’s Property & Leasing team.
Sol has been in private legal practice for over 50 years and has wide ranging experience in property, commercial and business transactions, corporate and board decision making and general commercial law and practice.
He has also been a director of numerous private and ASX listed companies for almost 40 years which have been engaged in a diverse range of projects. This practical experience has enabled him to provide sensible, commercially astute input at Board and executive level.
He has been involved in the evaluation and assessment of corporate investment opportunities and the associated risks, as well as the negotiation and documentation of agreements relating to project acquisitions and related commercial and contract issues.
