Lawrence has extensive experience in restructuring, special situation and insolvency matters, and has worked on a number of high-profile restructuring and insolvency matters in WA over the last 15 years. He has acted for clients across all aspects of external administrations, and has also acted on enforcement matters, schemes of arrangement, distressed debt trading matters, director’s duties claims and class actions in the restructuring and insolvency space.
Lawrence has particular expertise in large and complex litigation and arbitration in the energy and resources, and project disputes space.
He has acted for Westpac, ANZ, HSBC, NAB, KordaMentha, Ferrier Hodgson, EY, KPMG, FTI Consulting, McGrath Nicol, Deloitte and PwC. He has also acted for some of Australia’s largest companies as well as a number of international and multinational companies and groups.
