Stephanie Tan is a special counsel in Lavan’s Dispute Resolution & Investigations team.
Stephanie has over 15 years’ experience in general commercial disputes including in the areas of corporate law, insolvency, construction, insurance and local government.
She enjoys complex and long-running disputes. This has included acting for construction clients and liquidators and voluntary/DOCA administrators in unfair preference actions.
Stephanie specialises in litigation and mediation in all Western Australian courts and the Federal Court of Australia and has significant appeal experience.
