About the Role
We are searching for a Settlements Assistant to join our Settlements team within our Property Group.
This role will work closely with our licenced settlement agents and conveyancing team to provide administrative support. This role will take responsibility for opening of files, data entry, corresponding with clients and providing general administrative assistance to the team.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Managing the administration of multiple developments/projects
- Corresponding with clients
- End of month billing process
The position is ideally full-time, with options to discuss part-time or reduced hours for the right candidate.
About You
This role will suit an enthusiastic and hard-working individual with a keen eye for detail. You will be a self-driven, organised individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. To be successful you will bring with you:
- Previous experience in an administration role within the property industry
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft suite (word, excel, outlook)
- High attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritise work
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Enthusiasm and reliability as a team player
