Sofia Varricchio

Sofia Varricchio is an associate in Lavan’s Family & Private Clients team.

Sofia is a family law practitioner with experience across complex financial matters, parenting disputes and cross‑jurisdictional issues.  She regularly prepares court documents, conducts legal research, manages trial preparation and liaises with clients, counsel, experts and the Court.  She has instructed both Junior and Senior Counsel in the Royal Courts of Justice in high‑complexity, multi‑jurisdictional matters.

Sofia previously served as Legal Associate to the Honourable Justice Susan Duncanson at the Family Court of Western Australia before moving into private practice and later spending a period in London, where she practised as a Foreign Qualified Lawyer prior to returning to Perth.
