Adri Lock is a special counsel in Lavan’s Aged Care, Senior’s Living and Disability team.

Adri is an experience commercial lawyer and acts for a range of operators, developers and landlords across the retirement living, land lease and general commercial property sectors. Her practice area includes:

• Property development, transactions and leasing
• Commercial contracts and structuring
• Regulatory compliance and governance

Prior to joining Lavan, Adri gained valuable experience at a top tier law firm in New Zealand and also worked as an in-house lawyer within the New Zealand Government, strengthening her understanding of both private and public sector legal environments.
