Agnese Roze

Agnese Roze is an associate in Lavan’s Dispute Resolution & Investigations team.

Agnese has experience working in London on complex commercial disputes, bringing an international perspective and strategic approach to clients locally.  Her work includes company disputes, director and shareholder conflicts, and insolvency-related matters.  This includes advising on claims brought by and against insolvency practitioners as well as disputes arising in the context of distressed corporate entities.

Agnese also has significant experience in residential and commercial property disputes, including leasing disputes, contractual and development issues, ownership and possession matters, and general property litigation.  She regularly assists landlords, tenants, developers, and property owners in resolving disputes efficiently through negotiation, alternative dispute resolution, and court proceedings where required.

Agnese is currently undertaking the requalification process in Australia and will soon be dual qualified in both England and Wales and Western Australia.
