Andrea Lie

Andrea Lie is a senior associate in Lavan’s Banking & Finance Services team.

Andrea specialises in commercial and institutional banking, finance and lending transactions, as well as financial derivatives documentation.

Prior to joining Lavan, Andrea practiced in a full-service Singapore law firm in the corporate and commercial team and has experience advising on general corporate law and corporate governance issues.  She subsequently worked as in-house counsel at global banks in both Singapore and Australia, assisting the treasury and derivatives teams with their legal documentation and regulatory issues.

With more than a decade of experience in private practice and in-house environments, Andrea has the knowledge and expertise to assist clients in both Asia and Australia.
