Derek La Ferla

Derek La Ferla has more than 40 years’ experience working in corporate and commercial law. His breadth of experience includes mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, private equity, ASX listings, asset sales and purchase, due diligence and corporate governance.

Derek is an experienced company director and is currently chair of ASX listed company Chalice Mining Limited and Valiant Gold Limited.  He is also chair of ICON Engineering Pty Ltd, Training Alliance Group Pty Ltd and Foodbank WA.
