Jennifer Tropiano is a special counsel in Lavan’s Property & Leasing team.

Jennifer specialises in property law with a focus on successful delivery of projects.

Jennifer has worked with local, national and international clients on transactions across Australia.  Her approach is commercial and client focused.  She frequently manages high value acquisitions incorporating large scale due diligence.  Jennifer also manages complex commercial leasing matters, option deeds and hotel acquisitions.

Jennifer’s relevant experience includes:

• The acquisition of Runaway Bay Shopping Centre and North Adelaide Village Shopping Centre for Greenpool Capital. The combined price of these assets was over $300M.  Jennifer managed the significant due diligence, contract negotiation and settlement.
• Assisting the owner of significant health care assets acquire various new sites across Western Australia, including advising and acting on acquisitions, developments and long-term leasing arrangements.
