Mandee-Jean de Reus is a special counsel in Lavan’s Restructuring, Disputes & Insolvency team.
Mandee acts for insolvency practitioners, major financial institutions, non-bank lenders, corporate entities and individual clients.
She specialises in providing restructuring and insolvency advice and assistance to clients across a wide range of industries.
Mandee provides advice and assistance in respect of recovery and enforcement actions; trust law matters and resolution of contractual disputes. She is also experienced with administrative law matters having acted for a number of Commonwealth government agencies.
Mandee represents clients in the Federal Court and Federal Circuit Court of Australia as well as Western Australian State Courts and the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.
