Matilda Birchall is an associate in Lavan’s Property & Leasing team.

Matilda has experience across a broad range of property law matters related to leasing, development, planning, construction, acquisition and disposition of office, retail, commercial, residential and strata properties.

Prior to joining Lavan, Matilda practised at a boutique firm specialising in property and construction related matters. This experience has broadened her understanding of the legal and commercial issues that can arise throughout the lifecycle of a property project, enabling her to provide well-rounded advice.
