Olivia Everett

Olivia Everett is a senior associate in Lavan’s Restructuring, Disputes & Insolvency team.

Olivia possesses broad commercial litigation experience and has appeared and instructed in the District and Supreme Courts of Western Australia, the Federal Court of Australia, the State Administrative Tribunal and the Administrative Review Tribunal.  Olivia practises in dispute resolution across all areas of commercial law and has had experience acting and advising in financial services disputes, corporations law disputes including shareholder oppression proceedings and breaches of directors’ duties claims, contested trust disputes, property and land rights litigation and contested corporate restructuring and insolvency matters.

Olivia has experience in acting for a broad range of clients, ranging from individuals and small businesses to large national and international corporate entities.
