Clarise D'Souza

Clarise D’Souza is an associate in Lavan’s Construction & Infrastructure team.

Clarise is experienced in Building and Construction, and General Commercial disputes, including mediation and litigation.

Clarise has represented clients in a broad range of disputes in Victoria, at Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, the Magistrates’ Court of Victoria and the County Court of Victoria.

Since joining Lavan’s Construction & Infrastructure team, Clarise specialises in providing clients strategic advice on claims management, contract disputes, and represent clients in litigation.  In addition, Clarise also assists clients with reviewing, drafting and negotiating and advising on various forms of contracts.
