Genevieve Mascarenhas is a senior associate in Lavan’s Employment, Safety & Education team.

Genevieve Mascarenhas assists clients with a vast range of employee relations, industrial relations and workplace health and safety matters, including employment contracts, enterprise agreements and Modern Awards; management of employee performance, redundancies and employee separation; defending against workplace claims and investigations from regulators; developing workplace policies and procedures; conducting and managing workplace investigations; advising on business sales; and providing training workshops.

Prior to joining Lavan, Genevieve worked for a global law firm and has experience representing large national and international clients.
