Donella is Lavan’s in-house special counsel and part of the Executive team. She leads Lavan’s risk and compliance team, overseeing all aspects of the firm’s legal, regulatory and ethical compliance.
Donella’s career spans more than two decades and includes a diverse range of legal roles in both private practice and in‑house, across local, national and international jurisdictions. Her experience includes serving as in‑house counsel for global mining companies and as a vice president at an international financial institution.
