Mario is a senior executive with over 25 years of finance, strategy, commercial and client management experience.
As Lavan’s chief operations officer, Mario is responsible for supporting the operational aspects of the firm and the implementation of the firm strategy.
Mario formerly held senior executive positions with some of Australia’s leading companies including chief financial officer at Peet Limited, general manager finance on the North West Shelf Joint Venture and corporate planning manager at Woodside Petroleum Limited.
Prior to Woodside, Mario worked with Accenture in Perth and in Melbourne and held senior positions with Grant Thornton and Horwath Perth Chartered Accountants.
