Every commercial or property undertaking of any size in Western Australia requires approvals from the relevant state government bodies and agencies.  Lavan’s Government & Property Advisory Service is an exciting new initiative offering client support for the approvals process.

Our Government & Property Advisory Service team provides specialist support in obtaining approvals and assistance in negotiations with state government bodies and agencies.

Services provided include:

  • advice on strategy to secure state government approvals for projects;
  • advice for landowners on how to unlock value in their landholdings;
  • advice on how to navigate the way through the state government’s procurement processes, particularly for commercial deals and/or unsolicited bids;
  • advice as to which departments, agencies, ministers and/or senior bureaucrats need to be engaged with;
  • assistance with preparation of project proposals and submissions to relevant government departments with a focus on the issues that matter to government;
  • planning and guidance in preparation for meetings with ministers and senior bureaucrats; and
  • support at meetings with ministers and senior bureaucrats.
