Iain Freeman is the lead partner of Lavan’s Dispute Resolution & Investigations team.

Iain has acted for both commercial clients of Lavan and insurers predominantly in the areas of commercial dispute resolution, professional indemnity, construction matters, directors and officers insurance, fire, property and liability insurance, and consumer and competition matters.

Iain has acted in the area of intellectual property law and related areas including cyber security, data protection and privacy for over 30 years. This breadth of experience means that Iain is able to anticipate and identify risks which may not be apparent to other advisers.
