Sharon Payn is a partner in Lavan’s Employment, Safety & Education team.
Sharon has extensive experience in a wide range of employment matters including workplace relations strategies, redundancies, award compliance, bullying, harassment and sexual misconduct claims.
Prior to joining Lavan, Sharon worked in the labour and employment team in a global law firm and various in-house roles. She has commercial experience having worked in the oil and gas industry for 17 years which enables her to provide practical legal advice to clients.
